Mental Health for the Elderlies
Guided meditation sessions
Every month, volunteers from DDMA will guide beneficiaries at the Geylang East Active Aging Centre with mindful movements, guided meditation and self-massage. The aim of the monthly activity is to allow the beneficiaries to check in with their bodies and get moving in a way that can help lower stress and strengthen their mind-body connection. It's a great way to practice self-care by incorporating both mental and physical well-being.
Work & Play Hard
Apart from guided meditation sessions. We do offer caring sessions and the residents enjoy themselves by having a fun time!
Events
Apart from offering meditation sessions at Geylang East Home For The Aged (GEHA), we also spread happiness by warming them up during special events. Witness the smiles on their faces and you will know.
